Trimming and Maintenance

I either use an advanced rope system to climb trees that need to be trimmed or else a bucket truck where access is available. I follow the "less is more" approach, trying to find the balance between reducing hazards and not putting undue stress on the tree.

Tree maintenance can be helpful to thin the canopy and provide the needed sunlight and air to keep the tree healthy and the lower branches sound. It can also help train the tree and eliminate future problems, giving you a more aesthetically pleasing tree to grace your yard. As the longest living aspect of your landscaping, trees are worth the investment of hiring an experienced arborist to keep them in good health.

Pruning

We know pruning fruit trees can look especially daunting. That's why we offer professional pruning services to take the stress off of your shoulders and put your mind at ease.

Tree Removal

We can remove any tree safely. If possible we will use a pull line and fell it, providing there is space to drop it. Otherwise we will either use a bucket truck or else climb it and drop it carefully in segments. If necessary we can even use a crane to remove a tree if there is no other way to access it. We remove all branches and debris, leaving your yard so clean you will scarcely know we or the tree have ever been there. We keep any heavy equipment off of your grass.

Stump Grinding

This is the most effective way to get rid of a stump. We grind the stump 6-8 inches below grade, including the surface roots. We offer to leave enough shavings to leave your ground flat and level, or for an additional fee we can remove all of the shavings and back fill the hole with dirt so it is ready to plant grass in.
